about

I'm a data & AI engineer at Deloitte, forward-deployed with a federal agency where I architect their AI tools and containerized apps, and I'm the SME standing up their new Snowflake database. Back at the firm I run a data-science team building internal health-policy data products.

Before that I led a state agency's migration from on-prem to GCP and cut processing time ~80%, and caught a silent data-integrity defect that had been dropping records, undetected, for years.

CURRENTLY STUDYING
“DiffusionBlocks” (Sakana AI, ICLR 2026): splitting a network into blocks you can train independently via a diffusion lens, cutting training memory.
CURRENTLY BUILDING
Growing my hospital datasets into a fuller picture of the whole healthcare ecosystem, so the data can guide sharper policy.
